Who I am
I’m Mandy, a Psychological Wellbeing Coach based in Malta.
I support individuals who feel stuck in patterns around food, stress, and self-control — especially when, logically, they know what needs to change, yet something keeps pulling them back.
My work focuses on helping clients understand why these patterns happen, and how to gently shift them using practical, evidence-based approaches. I offer a calm, structured and confidential space where change feels manageable, not overwhelming.
Alongside my professional training, I understand first-hand how high-pressure environments can shape our relationship with food and self-regulation. This perspective allows me to approach this work with both clinical understanding and real-world insight.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Malta, where I was awarded Dean’s Honours for academic excellence. I am also trained in hypnotherapy through the UK College of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis.
I work with clients in Malta, the UAE, and online worldwide.
