About Me
I’m Mandy, a Psychological Wellbeing Coach based in Malta. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Malta, and received the Dean’s Honours for academic excellence. I also completed the CBH Hypnotherapy Diploma with the UK College of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis.
I am deeply passionate about mental health and supporting individuals through struggles that can feel difficult to explain — particularly when, on the surface, we know what needs to change, yet still find it hard to feel fully in control.
My work focuses on helping clients understand and shift emotional and behavioural patterns around food, stress, and self-regulation through a calm, structured, and confidential approach.
